Join our team at the Pavilion Recreation Complex as a part-time Skate Guard. We are a community-focused organization dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for public ice skating sessions. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and commitment to safety. As a Skate Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests. Responsibilities Supervise public ice skating sessions to ensure compliance with Pavilion rules and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Distribute and collect skates before and after public ice skating sessions. Assist with general cleaning of the facility to maintain a clean and safe environment. Monitor Bounce House activities to ensure guest safety. Provide minor first aid assistance as needed. Qualifications Previous customer service and ice skating experience preferred. Availability to work nights and weekends. Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Training. Compensation The starting rate for this position is $12.61/hour .
