SUMMARY: The Night Shift Site Superintendent will be responsible for bidding, planning, and executing all day-to-day operations for hth companies at the location assigned, including industrial insulation, scaffold, and industrial cleaning crews. The Site Superintendent may be required to travel and may be expected to work weekends and holidays as determined by the client's needs. The Site Superintendent will be one of the main point of contact for all things related to the client, will be required to attend meetings on behalf of and in representation of hth companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise daily industrial insulation, scaffold, and industrial cleaning activities. Assess workforce, material, tools, and construction equipment needs and arrange for these components to support the needs of all projects. Helps put together project estimates and drafts and submits proposals to prospective clients. Able to analyze productivity trends and adjust work activities to optimize production. Review cost reports and projections and act to effectively manage job costs to levels within the budget of the contract. Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture. Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations. Actively audits the site to review current work practices to identify and apply new opportunities for improvement. Reviews and approves all purchase orders, manages costs, and cost reporting for client billing at each site within the region. Actively mediates and resolves all client and employee issues and disputes. Actively develops and maintains a high-performance team in their region that is dedicated to customer service. Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have four (4) years of experience as a project manager or Superintendent/Foreman. Ability to lay out projects and execute in an effective manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of safety and administrative principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to work independently. PHYSICAL ABILITY Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner.
