The Site Editor will help to define and create a best-in-class customer experience and will be responsible for executing site merchandising strategies that engage customers and drive high converting shopping experiences.
A successful Site Editor will have a passion for product with a keen eye for style and is always current on the latest trends. You will drive impact through visual storytelling to create an inspirational, seamless shopping experience to help drive brand perception, conversion and customer satisfaction
This role requires creativity, high attention to detail, excellent time management, the ability to problem solve and multitask, along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
