POSITION SUMMARY

The

Site Coordinator

will support critical areas of the Fairfield and Warren Operation to ensure timely execution of key business systems. This position will have regular contact with commercial, manufacturing, warehousing and 3PL service provider and operate in both an office and the production areas. This is a critical position impacting the daily functions of the organization. This position will sit in Fairfield 3 days a week, Warren 2 days a week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide site support for local office requirements including phone coverage, assistance with new hire integration, facilities maintenance, office and kitchen supplies and greeting customers and guests.
Responsible for incoming mail and scanning to appropriate departments.
Back up responsibility for the employee badge systems, ensuring that appropriate access is provided to the workforce and visitors.
Maintain visitor log.
Ensures all visitors are informed and adhere to all safety and security procedures.
Assist with meeting and event coordination (confirming availability, booking rooms, ordering food, etc.).
Support local employee engagement activities such as team recognition, events, etc.
Partners with Accounts Payable to ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
Assist operations team with scanning and scheduling.
Assist leaders with expense reports and administrative documentation.
Support site and commercial leadership day-to-day as needed.

2-3 years of related experience.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Great attention to detail.
Work with minimal supervision, have strong initiative and follow-up with focus on details.
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Has the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
