Vinyl Wrap InstallerSignarama of Asheville is looking for an experienced vinyl installer to add to our growing team. Projects will range from full- coverage Fleet grade wraps to small- scale spot graphics, as well as high- end interior design elements like museum displays and murals. Travel is limited to the Western NC area.Essential Functions and Activities:Install vinyl wraps and PPF on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles.Prepare vehicle surfaces for installation by cleaning, priming, and ensuring a smooth application area.Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.Cut and trim materials to fit the vehicle's shape and contours accurately.Apply vinyl wraps using heat guns, squeegees, and other tools to ensure smooth adhesion and eliminate air bubbles.Ensure proper alignment of installed designs and patterns for a polished and professional appearance.Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure precise placement of graphics, logos, and designs.Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficient workflow and safety.Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during the installation process.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and installation techniquesHelp with sign Production/ Fabrication and other tasks as neededQualifications:Vinyl Wrap and Paint Protection Film Installation: 2 yearsGood understanding of lean manufacturing and team conceptsGood problem solving, analytical and trouble-shooting skills3M or Avery Certification is a plusPhysical Requirements/HazardsJob requires extensive standing, stooping or bending, lifting, reaching, twisting and turning to install vinyl and disassemble and assemble parts.Lifting will involve fabricated parts and assemblies weighing anywhere from several pounds to 50 pounds.Parts weighing more than 50 pounds are handled with a hoist or with help from another team member.Some jobs require work outside in the elements
