Showroom Consultant

As a Showroom Consultant you will show clients what is possible in their home and guide them through creating their dream home. This role is responsible for their sales goals as well as developing profitable relationships with new and returning clients on the showroom floor, and in the remodeling, design, and build communities. In addition, provide consulting of any up-graded parts, products and/or accessories.

Duties: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. Utilize CAD and Sketchup software for design presentations. Manage stock levels and ensure product availability. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the consultation process. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
