Come be Salt Lake Valley CDJR's Shop Foreman!We're seeking an individual with the right OEM training and qualifications to be our non-working shop foreman. The roll will require you to provide quality control on our repairs, assist technicians when they need help, and managing the workflow through our shop. The ideal candidate doesn't take shortcuts, and likes to get things done right the first time. OEM Training and certifications from Stellantis are a requirement.Job Duties:Provide Quality Control by verifying repairsTake vehicles on test drives as neededWork with our Service Manager to control the flow of work through the shop to ensure repairs get completed in a timely mannerprovide on the job training and assistance to our techniciansprovide training to our apprentices to ensure efficient turnover to becoming a flat rate techassist with dispatching jobs as neededQualifications:Experience in a Certified CDJR Dealership Service Department is requiredOEM Training from Stellantis is a requirementASE certsMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordBenefits:Health & Dental insurance401K retirement account w/employer matchPTO and Holiday PayNon-working foreman position!
