Responsibilities
• Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands• Update trailer report and Team Board• Complete problem resolution report - carrier claims, no ASN's, vendor discrepancies• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma; some college is preferred• Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products• Data analysis
