Job Summary: Responsible for day-to-day shipping/receiving physical duties. Will prepare and complete daily shipping documents with strict attention to detail, pack orders for shipment, and receive in items that have been ordered. Responsible for daily duties such as stocking, box prep, cycle counts and cleaning. Will need to either have/or be willing to receive forklift certification, as some duties require a forklift. Able to endure temperatures below 0 for hours at a time. Able to endure outside weather conditions. Unload and load 53-foot trailers with manual pallet jack.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Self-starter works with little to no supervision. Must be able to handle any outside weather conditions and endure temperatures below 0. Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages and letters within the company Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis Keep files of goods shipped and received each day. Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems. Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them. Cycle Counts and INV adjustments. Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees. Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly. Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day. Required Skills/Abilities: Must be detail oriented. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors if necessary. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. Professional presentation and conduct. Ability to lift up 50+ lbs regularly Reliable transportation Attention to detail Education and Experience: High school diploma required Forklift certification 3-5 years of experience in Shipping & Receiving Ten key experience preferred
