Responsibilities
• Track and update order changes in Shop-Floor• Keep track of loads and notify shipping staff• Record and track carrier information• Assign carriers/trailers to docks or waiting area• Validate and compare load information• Follow-up rotation on finished orders• Enter billing information for loads• Verify legal weight of trucks• Keep track of all shortages• Document inbound product and receive orders
Requirements
• Authorized to work in the US• High school diploma or equivalent• Must be able to read and write English• Must be able to work at a safe rate• Able to work fulltime M-F; Weekends and overtime as needed
Key Skills Needed
• Above Average computer skills• Strong communication skills• Basic math skills
