MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING Shipping Associate for Resonac in the Greensburg, Indiana, area! $15.00 / hour
Shifts: 2nd, 2:30PM – 11:00PM, Monday – Friday
**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed on Saturdays & Sundays**
Shipping associates are responsible for quality control, tracking, transporting, and packaging order items for distribution. Shipping associates are highly organized, detail oriented, and observant.
Job duties: Logs all processing information and data with accuracy and full detail Completes tasks according to standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedules Maintains the good working condition of equipment and tools Promotes teamwork and safety in the warehouse Pack parts into totes and shipping containers Creates labels for shipping containers Custom crating, packing, and unpacking of products. Communicates daily with supervisor and production. Prepares shipping paperwork. Ensures all finished material is counted and placed in proper location. Skills & requirements: Experience in manufacturing or production preferred Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills Must be dependable & reliable Must pass drug screen and background check E-Verify employer Physical requirements: Must be able to stand 8 hours per day Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb, reach, crouch, operate a pallet jack, and perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities. Work environment: Industrial facility Temperature controlled environment Dress code: Blue jeans or work pants, MS-IL t-shirt, safety glasses, steel toed shoes
