We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join Freeman Coffee Enterprise in Tulsa, OK. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting and fast-growing coffee shop. You will be part of a team that is committed to delivering world-class customer experiences and providing exceptional service. As the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, helping to ensure that shifts are running smoothly, and upholding the highest standards of Freeman Coffee. You will also support customer service, help employees with everyday tasks, and develop innovative strategies for improving productivity and customer engagement. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent organizational and leadership skills who is passionate about coffee and providing exceptional service. The position offers hourly pay at $11 - $13 hourly and unique opportunities for growth.Responsibilities:Ensure that all safety and security regulations are followed by staff and customers.Oversee customer service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and monitor staff performance.Train new staff on in-store policies and procedures, customer service skills, and product knowledge.Manage shift operations, including order taking, cash handling, and inventory control.Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.Qualifications:US Work Authorization and 18 years or older.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Willingness to work a flexible schedule.Proven experience in supervising a team.Encouraging leader of a team, positive and professional.Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.About Company:Our values include love, integrity, humility, and trust.
