Responsibilities
• Maintaining fast and accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring product quality standards• Answering guests' questions and providing information about food products• Inputting orders accurately into a Point of Sale (POS) system• Recording and processing transactions using the POS system and cash register• Cooking and packaging orders• Maintaining cleanliness of the workstation• Ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction• Facilitating safe work behaviors and maintaining a safe environment• Supporting other employees in completing their tasks• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
• Willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to follow directions, work autonomously, and multitask• Effective communication, basic math, reading, and computer skills• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience or one year of entry-level retail management experience• General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations
