As a Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, efficiency, excellent customer service, and effective staff management. Responsibilities: Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment Prepare and package customer orders to their satisfaction Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas Operate coffee and sandwich equipment Demonstrate a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients Account for food quality and quantity Requirements: Minimum age is 18 Excellent communication skills Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50lbs.)
