Responsibilities
• Deliver Service Excellence and ensure crew employees are trained in Service Excellence• Oversee training of all new employees on shift• Ensure restaurant is safe and clean• Cover open shifts with other employees and assist in organizing crew• Inform employees of new menu items and conduct employee training• Supervise employee performance and conduct• Adjust schedule to meet restaurant needs and control waste• Perform administrative procedures such as cash receipts and store bank funds• Assign employee duties and encourage teamwork• Observe guest reactions to food and service
Requirements
• Ability to communicate verbally in English to employees and guests• Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and menus in English• Math ability to handle cash counting and calculations• Ability to follow detailed and objective written or oral instructions• Remain calm under pressure• Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds• Knowledge of food plating and handling procedures
