• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities• Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs• Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model• Being a friendly and encouraging team player• Opening and/or closing the restaurant• Counting drawers and finalizing the day• Excellent communication skills• Managing team member behavioral and performance issues• Working in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility• Prior experience preferred but not required
