Providing exceptional service: to guests, vendors, suppliers, and team members Hiring and managing a cohesive team, between 15-30 people Maintaining a pristine and organized storefront and kitchen Adhering to all Verde best practices for food safety and sanitation Coaching, developing, and continuing education for all team members Running a financially healthy restaurant through budgeting, ordering, inventory control, and scheduling Verde perks
