Shift Lead

We are seeking Shift Leaders to join our team!
Duck Donuts is looking for individuals with an upbeat, friendly and motivating personality
with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to fill the position of Shift Leader. This person
should have the ability to take initiative and effectively resolve conflicts.
Principle duties and responsibilities:

• Ensures the store accomplishes its mission, which is to deliver a great product and
outstanding customer service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

• Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with maintaining and increasing sales and
profits for the store through administrative duties, cash and inventory controls and
execution of policies and procedures.

• Strong customer service

• Team leader

• Train and evaluate employees

• Resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong leadership qualities

• 30-40 hours per week

• Salary based on experience
