Settlement Coordinator

Are you passionate about ensuring seamless property transactions? We're seeking a Settlement Coordinator to join our team at House Buyers of America. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our acquisitions and dispositions process.
What You'll Do:
- Expedite acquisitions to swiftly bring properties to market
- Serve as a dedicated liaison for customers throughout the settlement process
- Review and input contracts/settlement statements accurately into our CRM
- Cultivate strong relationships with title companies to ensure timely settlements
- Support property marketing efforts, including arranging professional photography, creating online listings, and staging properties
- Collaborate with the construction department to ensure properties are ready for listing
- Contribute to House Buyers of America's expansion into new markets
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
