We are on the lookout for an exceptional Deskside Services Technician who is ready to provide top-notch technical support services to our esteemed clients at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA. As a part of our team, you'll be responsible for solving technical problems onsite and remotely, performing PC break/fix tasks, and executing end-user projects with precision and efficiency. Provide first-class technical support and leadership support to our clients, including responding to questions, troubleshooting, and determining problems. Perform PC break/fix onsite and remotely, identify problems, and determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to resolve them. Execute End-user projects as required. Manage and prioritize tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and queries, and escalate critical issues to the service manager as appropriate. Maintain knowledge of new technologies, tools, and techniques to ensure continued client satisfaction. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of customers within the business. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, SSCM, Asset Management, machine imaging, ServiceNow, and Citrix to provide effective technical support. What you need to succeed:? Self-directed individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. 3+ years of experience in providing excellent customer-focused skills. Experience with Microsoft Teams, SSCM, Asset Management, machine imaging, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred. Familiarity with Mac/Apple device support is a plus. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
