Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:Cognitive Network Solutions (CNS) Services Portfolio team is at the forefront of mobile network planning and optimization services offerings enabling Communication Service Providers (CSP's) to improve network performance, maximize return on investment of their assets and achieve the optimum Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for network planning and optimization.Take a look here for an overview of our offerings and customers: Cognitive Network Solutions - Ericsson . We work closely with Communication Service Providers (CSP's) on creating innovative services offering in the areas of planning, deployment, optimization and healing. We are looking for Services Portfolio Director to join our team.What you will do:In our terms, you are the investment manager and the CEO of the services offerings. Although you will not hold formal authority, you will drive and influence the whole organization to execute on the services strategy for your portfolio - a fast paced and exciting role!You will develop a strategic approach as a portfolio leader, with clear understanding of customer needs and business goals across the different offerings for software and services.You will build and communicate an effective vision, develop, implement, and communicate offering strategies to teams in different market areas across Ericsson in close collaboration with our global service delivery teams. You must be passionate about business, numbers, mobile technologies, and AI.Your day-to-day work will look different, as you engage with customers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will make critical decisions on service offering strategies, prioritizations, partners and select the right business models for the portfolio. You need to foster a culture of innovation across organizations, stay up to date on industry trends and technological development, use market intelligence to make strategic and tactical decision and adapt services offerings to harness their potential.The skills you bring:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience Portfolio leadership and lifecycle management experience in the mobile networks industryHands-on experience developing and/or delivering planning, optimization and operations services to CSP'sSolid understanding of CSP processes for network operations across domains, including Radio Access Network (RAN) technologiesSolid understanding of AI, data science, analytics and cloud technologiesSolid understanding of SMO and ORAN alliance architecture and use casesEye for business and awareness that span unit and enterprise levelsThe ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersConsultative selling and negotiation skillsExperience in influencing and managing people from a diverse set of backgrounds?Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
