This position is responsible for the Service & Installation of Car Wash systems and other related installations. Required to establish, promote and maintain relationships with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. Capable of working independently with little general supervision.
• Performs the necessary technical services at customer sites for installation, and/or servicing of products.
• Travel will be required.
• Performs scheduled or emergency service on products at customer sites.
• Trouble shoot and repair as possible.
• Render on site and phone technical assistance to customers.
• Capable of providing on-site training of products.
• STIG welding may be required for service and installations.
• Work with various departments to resolve technical issues: Engineering, Production, etc.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for expense reports, mileage reports,
Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, etc.
• Back-up functions for down-time will be in Assembly Department, assembling components.
• Focuses on personal development within the required work schedules and parameters.
• Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines. Must wear appropriate PPE as per
company guidelines and accordance with job duties.
• Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma/GED required. Preference given to Technical School graduates, Automotive Techs, Fabricators, & Installers.
• Five (5) years minimum of hands on installation or construction field.
• Prior experience in the Electrical, Automotive, HVAC, or Welding is a plus.
• Travel required.
• Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.

Compensation The pay range for this role is USD $29.53/Hr. - $36.04/Hr. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
