SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DELIVERY DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION - SHANNON Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Representative/Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery records.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring products are safely and securely loaded onto the delivery vehicle. Following delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Providing excellent customer service during product drop-offs, ensuring customer satisfaction Collecting payments from customers for delivered products. Handling product returns and exchanges as needed. Maintaining delivery vehicle cleanliness and performing routine vehicle maintenance. Communicating with customers and internal team members to coordinate deliveries and address any delivery-related issues. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Class A driver's license and clean driving record. Previous experience in a customer service or delivery role preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. Knowledge of local roads and routes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
