Service Porter

Job Summary:The Service Porter at Johnson City Nissan is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's service department. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry, located in Johnson City, Tennessee. The Service Porter will work independently, reporting to the Service Manager.Compensation and Benefits:The Service Porter position offers a compensation range of $13 to $15 per week, paid weekly. In addition, employees may be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.Responsibilities:Greet customers in a friendly and professional mannerAssist customers with directions and answering questionsDirect customers to the appropriate service advisor or technicianRetrieve and park customer vehiclesWash CUSTOMERS VEHICLES AS NEEDEDMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the service departmentAssist service advisors with customer shuttle serviceEnsure all vehicles have gasComplete miscellaneous errands and tasks as assigned by the Service ManagerRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass background check and drug testEEOC Statement:Johnson City Nissan is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
