Job Summary:
Are you a problem solver with a knack for data and a passion for making a difference? We're seeking a Service Parts Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our global service parts planning strategy. We're looking for someone who thrives on challenges, understands the intricacies of service parts planning, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to enhance the customer experience.
Principal Responsibilities:
Lead planning data model exercises for prospective customers.
Develop inventory cost models to inform program pricing proposals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement that align with our company's values.
Drive strategic initiatives to optimize our technology stack.
Serve as a subject matter expert on our planning toolset.
Oversee new customer onboarding processes.
Define day-to-day procedures for managing stocking levels and procurement plans.
Coordinate reverse logistics for returned products.
Develop strategies for product lifecycle management.
Evaluate planning KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories, and concepts.

Experience representing organizations on projects.

Work Experience:
