This is a full-time field position for Mid career sales professional with advancement opportunities
75% of leads come from current customer base
Quarterly team retreats PLUS Award trips, Team outings
Pay rate
up to $ Base PLUS commissions & Incentives up to $140K & More

Responsibilities:
Oversee Field personnel & field operations for various projects
Manage financial aspects of agreements, scheduling and timelines in the field
Coordinate tasks and operations with dispatcher
Communicate with customers building loyalty, other field, office managers and sales team (for potential opportunities) during project
Problem solving and responding quickly as needed to customers
Provide reports & manage equipment, materials and tool usage
Build into customer relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
10 years of customer service in Commercial HVAC Tech / field experience
Leadership experience- building and maintaining team morale
Staff development & training including developing safety training plans with Service Manager
Safety conscious and able to follow & implement safety protocols
Knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration and oil analysis
Understanding of healthcare, data center, assisted living, commercial office, industrial and power generation
Clean Driving record
Universal EPA Certificate required, HVAC Diploma (preferred)
Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs
Correctable vision to 20/20 & hearing correctable to normal range
This Job Is:
