What You'll DoThis is a working Service Manager requiring tools and ability to work on mostly diesel powered vehiclesEstablish and set up working service facility to handle all aspects of maintenance required for Lease, Rental and Contract Maintenance fleet.Properly staff operation with qualified Service TechniciansUtilize systems to manage daily service process and Profit & Loss for operationUtilize ASIST platformManage all maintenance and repairs from initialization to close with Customer Satisfaction and Cost Control in mindExcellent communications required for internal and external CustomersManage outside vendors, internal inventory, and service operations toolingReview all Repair Orders daily and process daily closing and billing of Repair OrdersWork closely with VTL local team and VTL corporate teamManage SRT Labor Times and guidesMaintain clean work area that is organized and focused on safetyTEAM engagement throughout environmentApproach business with ownership, accountability and urgencyWhat We're Looking For5 or more years of technical repair/fleet maintenance (or combination)Maintenance management of 50 or more unitsProven record of Service excellence and profitable performanceProven leadership skillsAssociate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experiencesAutomotive Service Excellence (ASE) CertificationsValid Drivers License (CDL preferred)Original Equipment Training on engines, maintenance, etc.Background screening is a mandatory prerequisite for employment considerationFor more information about Vanguard Truck Leasing, a NationaLease Member, please visit our website at https://www.vanguardtrucks.com/leasing-rental/.
