Service Management Trainee will learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals. Management Trainee base salary is $66,560 - depending on experience. The starting salary is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment. Management Trainees will participate in a hands-on, well-structured management-training program.
