Responsibilities
• Help clients design and implement process strategies for cloud service delivery• Improve IT service delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction• Transform IT operations into additional revenue sources• Enable innovation, reinvent customer experience, and explore new markets
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required• At least 3 years of experience• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and/or other relevant certifications preferred• Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools• Understanding of DevSecOps transformations• Experience with IT asset and configuration management• Proficiency in Service Management and Operations processes• Ability to develop and re-engineer IT processes and controls• Knowledge of IT financial management and cost optimization
