Prior spa/wellness center experience Excellent phone, computer and communication skills Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and work well with a team while providing excellent customer service Must be a team player Self-motivated Attention to detail Eager to learn and grow Open availability, including weekends Sales experience Wellness oriented Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing the highest level of service to our remarkable community of people seeking stress relief and healing Greeting clients Booking appointments, rescheduling, canceling etc. Processing payments Acquire & develop in-depth knowledge of the services we offer and their benefits, you will become an expert in our services Maintain a neat and beautiful working area Cleaning, washing and folding laundry, plant care Perform opening and closing duties Maintain confidentiality Live wellness Nice to Haves:
