Job Summary:The Service Greeter at Commonwealth Honda is a key member of our customer service team. This individual will primarily be responsible for welcoming and directing customers who enter our dealership for service. They will also assist with various administrative tasks and provide support to our service advisors.Compensation & Benefits:This is a Full Time, hourly position in the auto industry with a starting pay of $17 per hour. The employee will be paid weekly and will receive a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on products and services.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership for serviceDirect customers to the appropriate service advisor or department based on their needsAnswer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or take messages as neededAssist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entryMaintain a clean and organized lobby area for customersAct as a liaison between customers and service advisors, providing status updates on their vehicle and addressing any questions or concernsCoordinate with the service department to ensure that all vehicles are ready for customers in a timely mannerProvide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet the needs of our customersAttend and participate in training and team meetings as requiredRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience preferredKnowledge of the automotive industry and service processes is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as neededAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 poundsEEOC Statement:Commonwealth Honda is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
