MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREA. This position is a mix of travel and in office work. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Visit sites to attain survey measurements, notes, and needed materials for jobs Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate information in the creation of proposals Utilize surveyed details to prepare takeoffs/estimates of costs of materials, labor, and equipment. Estimations for service work and preventative maintenance Ability to identify and assess roof maintenance issues Perform roof repairs as needed Meet with owners, property managers, etc. to communicate scope of work Job Requirements: Availability to travel the U.S. to complete roof surveys Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills Able to field walk projects, climb ladders and navigate construction sites safely Understanding of construction and specification driven bidding processes a plus.
