Service Developer

Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests). Configure CMDB and integrate AWS cloud services. Collaborate with testing teams and assist with testing. Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies. Requirements: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification preferred. 3-5 years ServiceNow Developer experience, 1-2 years Administration. Strong JavaScript, software development, and ITSM knowledge. Experience with AWS integration and business workflow design. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
