Service Department Guest Concierge

Job descriptionGENERAL EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB: Have a real passion for customer service and our brands. Ensure that every interaction with our customers is exemplary and their experience exceeds their expectations. You will craft the customer experience by handling all customer interactions as needed, accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving customer concerns. You will assist customers in learning how to fully operate their vehicle, follow-up with customers and create additional appointments for vehicle tutorials and take an active role in maintaining the integrity of the delivery process.
