About the Administrative Clerk Position #ZR
Position Overview. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our service department, ensuring timely scheduling of pool repairs and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
$20-$25 per hour.
Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities. Schedule pool equipment repair services based on client needs and technician availability. Coordinate with clients and technicians to confirm appointments, gather necessary information, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure they have all necessary details and materials for each job. Monitor job progress and provide updates to clients as needed, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the service process. Manage service department paperwork, including work orders, invoices, and client records, in an organized and efficient manner. Assist in resolving any service-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve positive outcomes for both the client and the company. Collaborate with other departments, as needed, to optimize service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technicians, and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/calendar software. Us.
