JT Services, a leading provider of residential plumbing services, septic service, and portable sanitation, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our field technicians by efficiently assigning appointments and delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate technicians' appointments, optimizing routes for timely and efficient service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by handling all phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant scheduling experience for our clients. Proficiently manage scheduling/tracking software and Microsoft Excel to monitor and oversee technician progress throughout the day. Review, interpret, and generate invoices/estimates for field work. Assist in updating and maintaining reports and information required by the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Bookkeeper to support the company's objectives. Benefits: After 90 Days

Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in a service business with annual revenue exceeding $1 million. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Willingness to work on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks. Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty, and dedication. Ability to set and maintain high standards aligned with company expectations.
