Service Clerk / Parts Delivery Driver

Job summary
Service Technician / Parts Delivery Driver is key to a successful customer service experience.The main responsibility of this position is to ensure that correct parts/supplies are being loaded and delivered to our customers in a timely manner.To be successful, a Service Delivery Driver must possess many different skills.

Responsibilities
• Input data into computer for parts and work orders.• Helping service department with filing and upkeep of paperwork.• Maintain company vehicle, including keeping it clean, stocked, and serviced.• Pick up parts from factory and deliver them to contractors, retailers, and homeowners.• Verify parts with orders.• Adapt and assist with parts and materials for contractors / material orders.• Travel daily, Monday - Friday.• Book own rooms within allowed rates.• Keep track and log weekly trips.
Requirements
• Data input.• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.• Able to lift 50lbs multiple times a day.• Understand and comply with work safety and policies and procedures.• Must provide valid driver's license and clean driving record.• Must have a great / positive attitude!• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
