Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from service customers• Schedule service appointments for vehicles• Make outbound calls and emails to clients• Respond to Internet and telephone customer inquiries• Greet customers in person and direct them to the right locations• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong computer and phone skills• Attention to detail• Professional appearance• Valid in-state driver's license• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
