The Jerry Seiner Dealerships is growing and we are looking to hire an outgoing, self-motivated individual to fill the role of a Service Advisor in our busy shop. Applicant must have dealership experience with strong customer service skills, sales skills, automotive knowledge, and administrative competency. Applicant must also be drug-free, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background check.
General Duties May Include: Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner. Let customers who are waiting in line know that they will be helped soon. Perform walk around with customer at time of check in and present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every service customer. Obtain customer and vehicle data. Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, using maintenance menus.
