Responsibilities
• Greet customers promptly• Obtain customer and vehicle information• Report vehicle symptoms• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle history• Prepare cost estimate for labor and parts• Monitor progress of each vehicle• Verify final invoice reconciles with work performed• Explain completed work and charges to customers
Requirements
• Fast learner• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent customer service skills• Team player• Computer literate• Valid driver's license• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant• Above average energy level• Desire for long term career with growing organization• Personal and professional integrity• DealerTrack and Xtime computer experience a plus
