Job Description:Healdsburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department. As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by assisting vehicle owners with their service needs, from scheduling appointments to explaining repair recommendations. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for automotive care, and a commitment to providing top-notch service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:* Customer Interaction:Greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide information on available services.Listen attentively to customer concerns and inquiries, offering clear and detailed explanations regarding repair options, cost estimates, and service timelines.* Service Scheduling:Schedule service appointments efficiently, taking into account customer preferences and vehicle availability.Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of customer requests.* Vehicle Inspection and Recommendations:Perform initial vehicle inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.Discuss findings with customers, providing recommendations and cost estimates for necessary repairs or maintenance.* Service Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional service recommendations.Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.* Service Documentation:Accurately record customer information, service requests, and vehicle details in the system.Create detailed work orders for the service department, ensuring all necessary information is available for technicians.* Sales and Upselling:Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories, while ensuring customer needs are met and value is communicated.Work to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.Requirements:Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred, but not mandatory.
