The Anderson Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor for Honda of Greenville, SC.The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.Join our team and deliver quality and professional service to our service customers.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers through the service process for scheduled maintenance and repairs.• Maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards.• Present needed repairs and maintenance in a professional and knowledgeable manner.• Build rapport and follow up with guests throughout the service process.• Provide the highest level of customer service to our guests.• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process.• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent communication and organizational skills.• Prioritize time management to ensure efficient service delivery.• Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality.• Adhere to company standards and policies.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to follow manufacturer standards for vehicle maintenance.• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.• Ability to overcome objections and close sales.• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the industry.• Willingness to learn and stay updated on new automotive technology.
