As a Service Administrator, you will be a valued member of Team Titan by: As a Service Administrator you will be a valued member of Team Titan by: Taking Care of Our Customers : Complete all administrative work associated with the service department, including work order and warranty claim administration Being an Expert: Obtain customer contact information, unit, make, model, serial number, and payment method for all repairs. Showing Commitment to Excellence : Monitor customer machines' warranty status to support the Service Deaprtment in proactively scheduling inspections and work prior to warranty expirations and advise on extended warranty options Being Safe : Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe. This position is a great fit for your career if you: Have 1+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc) Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.
