Servers Needed

Butterfield Trail Village, a Life Plan Community, offers active seniors a resort-style environment with a focus on wellness and amenities. We are looking for part-time servers to work in our newly remodeled, state of the art dining facility. The successful candidate will provide all residents with efficient, courteous and professional service through accurate and sanitary means. Employees will also be responsible for providing a clean and sanitary environment throughout the dining and service areas.
Job Summary: The Server will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and processing payment for guests of the venue in which they are working. The Server will be responsible for ensuring all guests have a fantastic first impression as well as a lasting impression just before the guests leave the restaurant. They will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the cashier station and all other responsibilities necessary for their position. The server is also responsible for answering the telephone.
Essential Functions: Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Greet, take food and beverage orders, and process payment. Assist with desserts which includes plating and prepping items. Maintain outstanding guest service relations for all guests entering and leaving the Restaurant. Ensure cleanliness of the cashier station, menus, and all other tools necessary for their position. Responsible for answering the telephone. Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment. Requirements: Be committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction Strong service-oriented demeanor and attitude; personable nature Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Be able to maintain a positive working relationship with management, coworkers, patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and visitors Should have basic math, cash handling, and telephone skills.
