Responsibilities
• Opening and closing of the shop• Greet and make all guests feel welcome• Explain menu items and take orders• Serve food and beverages• Make drinks for guests• Clean and prepare dining areas• Respond to guest inquiries and requests• Communicate with kitchen and FOH regarding orders• Follow policies and procedures• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bartending experience preferred• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressured, and 'ambiguous' startup environment• Great learning aptitude and adaptability to change• Ability to take initiative• Great hospitality and customer service skills• Excellent communication and multitasking skills• Prior experience with sales or customer service is helpful• Must be able to obtain a food handler card and OLCC server permit• Must pass a criminal background check
