Server/Waitstaff

Salt is a full-service, family-friendly pub overlooking the the Port of Ilwaco on the Columbia River. We are looking for an experienced, professional server/waitstaff to join our team.
Preference given to candidates available and willing to work evenings 4:30-9:30
Enjoys working in the service industry Our ideal candidate is an energetic and capable server who can handle their sections of 4-6 tables without breaking a sweat. Please be prepared to talk about your relevant service industry experience. You have highly developed social skills, you can handle people, customers, co-workers, vendors in a way that contributes to a great experience for everybody. Team player - You can listen, be coached and can also provide feedback/coaching to other team members. You can prioritize effectively and make good decisions. You keep appearances on-point - yourself and your work area. You care about what you serve, learn/know your product in such a way that you sell it effectively. You can mix drinks quickly and consistently when needed (We have bartenders for busy shifts) Proactive when it comes to seeing what needs to be done, side work etc. Have a life outside of work You are reliably reliable. You can determine your schedule for the most part, but you need to be reliable. Bonus skills
Banquet / Catering experience Event planning / co-ordinating Team management experience Admin - ordering, inventory etc. experience Knowledge and interest in beer, wine & spirits Interest in continuous learning Tips in this position can range from an additional 10$ to 25$ per hour after tip-outs depending flow..
