Server Position

The Spinster Sisters is hiring for a server position. Shifts available between 3 and 4 evenings a week. Start time 3:30 pm and later. We ask for schedule flexibility - we are open Tuesday - Sunday. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of full-service fine dining restaurant experience and wine service experience- ideally with some knowledge with the natural wines and less common varietals. The Spinster Sisters is a small and busy Santa Rosa restaurant, open Tues-Sunday evenings. We have a seasonal menu and an eclectic wine list that features on local and imported wine from smaller producers. We are a woman-led business and are welcoming to all. The service team operates with a tip pool.
