As a Drake's Server, your job is to serve our guests with the mentality of 100% Guest Satisfaction. 100% of the Time. You will cater to the guests needs while adhering to our service specifications to ensure the best possible experience for everyone who comes into our restaurant. Your job, in a nut shell, is to make sure our guests leave happier then when they arrived.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
· Show up to work on time and in complete, clean uniform.
· Complete opening duties as assigned.
· Greet guests with genuine smile.
· Follow service steps as trained.
· Deliver drinks to table.
· Obtain guests orders and enter in Toast.
· Mark table as appropriate (soy sauce, steak knife, etc.)
· Check on guests' satisfaction once food has arrived.
· Refill drinks as needed.
· Offer dessert.
· Print and present check(s) in a timely matter.
· Process payment.
· Thank guests and invite them to return.
· All other duties as assigned by management.
