* Reliable and responsible
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge and comprehension on beer, wine, and spirits required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume environment
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment
* Must have flexibility and availability to work a combination of AM, PM, and weekend shifts
* ServSafe Certification preferred
