Job Responsibilities:
As a Bartender and/or Server, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting and serving a diverse range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and consistency.Providing attentive and personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation guidelines.Collaborating with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.Taking orders accurately and delivering dishes and drinks promptly.REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender and server in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is preferred, but not required if confident in learning quickly and self motivated.Proficiency in crafting cocktails and knowledge of wine and beverage offerings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.PERKS
